General requirements for electrostatic powder coating equipment for industrial aluminum products
(1) The design, manufacture and ex-factory of industrial aluminum powder electrostatic powder spraying equipment shall comply with the provisions of 4.1 and 4.2 of GB7691-1987 "Safety procedures for coating operations, labor safety and labor hygiene management":

(4) In the frequent use of color change powder spraying, the average color change time of electrostatic powder coating equipment should not be greater than 45min;
(5) The connection between the electrospray chamber, the recovery device and the pipeline shall be well-sealed and free of powder spillage;
(6) Electrostatic powder spraying room, powder feeding device and sieve powder device shall be made of non-combustible or flame-retardant materials; the shell of the recycling device shall be made of conductive material; when the above equipment is made of ordinary steel, it shall be in accordance with GB/ The requirements of T6807 are to be phosphatized and coated with a protective decorative coating. The adhesion of the coating shall meet the grade 1-2 specified by GB/T9286 (cross-cut method), and the hardness of the coating shall not be lower than that specified in GB/T6739. 2H (pencil hardness), coating thickness should not be less than 50μm.
